Our recent lakeside photoshoot has had MANY asking about the exact details of this cubby set up - so we thought we'd make it easy as pie to see exactly what's included!

Size
The cubby itself is 1200 x 2400mm, the total footprint with extended decking and verandah along the front is 2400 x 2400mm. Please allow an extra 100mm on the front and back for roof/fascia overhang.

Standard height is approx 1500mm internal and 1800mm external. Extended height option increases height by 280mm.

Inclusions in this package:

  • Midi Rectangle cubby house
  • 1 stable door 
  • 1 set of deluxe cafe windows with interior blackboards and extra-wide ledge
  • 1 set of standard cafe windows with ledge
  • Floor (10cm step up)
  • Extended decking area along the front (sits flush with floor) - stained
  • Extended verandah roof with clear polycarb 'skylight' panel over the front, plus two support posts - stained
  • 2-colour cubby body painting (white and olive green)
  • Natural fascia and ledges - stained
  • 2 timber awnings - stained
  • Triangle bunting around three side - painted green
  • 2 market stall boxes - stained
  • Planter box - stained
  • Framed blackboard *please note this replaces the timber artwork styling piece we used next to the door in the photoshoot
