Please note that these lead times indicate when your order will be ready for despatch and do not include delivery time to your location. Our delivery service, while provided, is subject to external factors such as weather, staffing, transport, and external freight conditions, making exact promises challenging.
Payment and Production: The production period begins upon receipt of your deposit or full payment, with the latter required before despatch. As well as confirmation of additional details for your order (paint or slide colour selections, signage customisations etc). Your understanding of potential delays related to payment processing is appreciated.
Placing an order for a future date?
If you require delivery on a specific date, please inform us at the time of ordering. We can schedule your order to be ready for despatch at your preferred time in the future.
Expedited Orders: We understand your deadlines matter. If you have a time-sensitive project, reach out to discuss a priority rush order. This may involve adjustments to planned productions, delivery schedules, and raw material orders. A priority rush fee will apply to cover associated costs. A minimum $350 is required and may be more for larger orders.
Custom Orders: If you are working with Castle & Cubby on a customised solution, please note these timeframes do not apply to you. Timeframes for your order will be discussed with you based on the variables of your order.
