We’ve learned that great products deserve great service - so from delivery to installation and ongoing care, our process is designed to protect your investment and make things easy. No drop-and-run, no guesswork, just a team that knows your product inside out and treats every project like it’s their own. We’re not here for a quick sale; we’re here for the long game.
Delivery to your door
We don’t do courier drop-and-run. For local zones, we offer free hand-delivery using our own Castle & Cubby truck and team. Every item is handled with care by the same people who build them.
Outside our free delivery areas? We ship little and HUGE packages via trusted freight partners.
After years of learning what works (and what doesn’t), we’ve built a delivery system that’s reliable, personal, and designed to keep your order safe.


Installation options
We offer installation in all free delivery zones across metro VIC and NSW — handled by our own in-house team.
The same crew that builds your products will install them too. No third parties, no confusion.
Outside our zones? Clear instructions, flexible options, and support if you need it.
Painting & staining
DIY or ready-to-go — the choice is yours.
We offer two options: leave your product raw and finish it your way, or let us do the painting so it arrives looking sharp and ready for play.
We use premium, non-toxic paints from TINT — natural, vegan, and safe for little hands.
Choose from our signature colours or chat to us about custom shades to match your space.


Donate back program
When you're ready to part ways, let your cubby house keep doing good.
We collect and refurbish pre-loved builds, then donate them to women’s shelters and Indigenous children’s services across Victoria.
