GAGAWIN Promotion — Terms & Conditions

We’re excited to share our GAGAWIN Promotion across Castle & Cubby and Gaga Games.

To keep things fair for everyone, here’s a clear and friendly outline of how the promotion works.

1. Promotion Dates

Castle & Cubby:

14 November 2025 – 31 December 2025 (AEDT)

Gaga Games:

14 November 2025 – 31 December 2025 (AEDT)

The promotion begins right after the Gaga Giveaway Competition ends on 13 November 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT.

2. Who Can Use the Promotion?

Castle & Cubby

To qualify, your order must:

  • Be $3,000 AUD or more (incl. GST)

  • Include products from our eligible collections

  • Have the discount code applied at checkout during the Promotion Period

Gaga Games

To qualify, your order must:

  • Include any eligible Gaga Pit (portable, outdoor, accessible)

  • Have the discount code applied at checkout during the Promotion Period

3. Keeping It Fair — No Backdating

We know promotions are exciting, and timing can sometimes be tricky.

To keep things fair for all customers, the promotion can only be applied to new orders placed during the Promotion Period with the code entered at checkout.

This means we’re not able to apply it to:

  • Orders placed before 14 November

  • Orders made during the Gaga Giveaway Competition

  • Orders where the code wasn’t entered

  • Orders already in progress or booked in

  • Orders linked to older quotes or deposits

And we’re not able to offer:

  • Refunds

  • Partial refunds

  • Store credits

  • Price adjustments

  • Retrospective application of the discount

This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law, which doesn’t require retailers to apply promotional prices to past purchases.

4. Refunds & Promotional Changes

The promotion doesn’t provide:

  • Refunds or partial refunds

  • Promotional credits

  • Price changes for previous purchases

Your usual consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply if something is faulty or not as described.

5. One Use Per Customer / Per Order

  • Castle & Cubby: one use per customer

  • Gaga Games: one use per order

Codes can’t be transferred or reused across accounts.

6. Not Valid With Other Offers

To keep our pricing simple and fair, the GAGAWIN promotion can’t be combined with:

  • Other discount codes

  • Sale or clearance pricing

  • Loyalty or reward point redemptions

  • School partnership pricing

  • Automatic Shopify discounts

  • Bundles or packages

  • Any other promotions

7. No Cash Value

The promotion:

  • Can’t be turned into cash or store credit

  • Can’t be applied to freight, installation, labour or services

8. Updates

If we need to update or clarify the promotion, we may do so — but it won’t affect orders already placed.

9. Australian Consumer Law

We follow all requirements under the Australian Consumer Law.

While ACL protects your rights if something is faulty or misdescribed, it does not require retailers to:

  • Backdate promotions

  • Adjust earlier orders

  • Apply discounts that weren’t added at checkout
