So, in a nutshell we are pretty level headed and heartfelt humans so all you need to do is come to us with your healthy and constructive feedback and we will work with you to make sure we reach happy outcomes for all. This includes repairs where our product has not met the standards we have outlined and if there is a fault. It does not cover damages or breakages due to boisterous play.
