When you purchase you are accepting our terms and conditions and care and maintenance guide ensuring you know your rights, how our products perform over time, and how to care for them sufficiently for a long life.

If something doesn't go to plan you are ABSOLUTELY covered under consumer law rights and warranties and you can view those HERE.

On the odd occasion that things don't go to plan, you can be guaranteed that we are invested in good otucomes. We are pretty on the level people so all you need to do is come to us with your healthy and constructive feedback and we will work with you to make sure we reach happy outcomes for all. This includes repairs where our product has not met the standards we have outlined and if there is a fault.
