*To be eligible for our feedback gift: The issue must have been submitted through the feedback form (see above). Any issues relating to our freight process must have been reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. The issue cannot relate to incorrect storage or installation, which was not provided by 'Castle & Cubby Service,' as per your delivery agreement. The issue must relate to a new product delivered within the last 30 days. Promises are based on the rectification agreement made between us after your form is submitted.
