How it works
1.Ā Choose your cubby house and any accessories then add to cart.
2. Place your order by selecting the āLay-byā option at checkout. Weāll send you an email with payment instructions for your initial deposit and ongoing lay-by instalments.
3. Spread your payments out over 4 months, with final payment due by 15 November.Ā

With our Lay-by for Christmas offer, you can secure your cubby house and other accessories now, and pay it off over 4 months.Ā
It runs until 31 July 2024.
No, and in fact youāll benefit by locking in our current cubby house prices. Due to rising costs, our prices are going up from 1 August 2024. Any orders made before then ā including lay-bys ā wonāt attract an increase.
Weāll send you an invoice with payment instructions. Youāll confirm your lay-by by paying an initial $400 deposit. Then youāll have four months to pay off the remaining balance.
You can even share the payment information with friends and family who might want to contribute to the Christmas surprise.
As a build-to-order business, we have certain timeframes that need to be met to start working on your order. At least 50% of your order must be paid before we can start production, and the final balance needs to be paid before we schedule delivery.
To meet our Christmas production times, youāll need to have paid at least 50% of your total order by Friday 18 October 2024.
The final balance is due by Friday 22 November 2024.
Once youāve made your final payment, weāll be in touch with you to arrange a delivery date based on your location and our timeframes.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, if you decide to cancel your lay-by agreement, weāll refund what youāve already paid, less a cancellation fee.
If production hasnāt started yet, the cancellation fee is $400 to cover our administrative costs.
If production has started, the cancellation fee is equal to 50% of your order value, to cover materials and manufacturing costs.
Yes, if youāre a member of the Clubhouse Rewards Program youāll receive 3 points for every $1 spent.
Our lay-by for Christmas includes our complete range of Residential products, including our Signature Range of cubby houses and accessories such as chalkboards, tables and more.Ā
