Our Story
Meet Castle and Cubby
Castle & Cubby began in our backyard in 2013 when we set out to create a space for our first child that encouraged imaginative play and a love of the outdoors, nature and gardening.
What started as a simple idea to earn a little extra cash and avoid heading back to corporate work while raising our young children soon became something much bigger. A single eBay listing turned into a growing business, and more than a decade later, we are a team of 15 passionate people who bring play, creativity and connection to families, schools and communities across Australia.
We are still driven by the same belief that inspired us in the beginning: that great spaces can help children grow up confident, curious and connected to the world around them.
